1:1 Coaching
Some questions deserve your full attention. Get coaching shaped around you.
Is this you?
Your life looks right on paper, but something feels off.
You keep circling the same decision. It’s a pattern you know well, but you can’t stop.
You’re in the middle of a transition and unsure who you’re becoming.
Part of you wants change, and part of you is holding on.
You’re tired of figuring it out alone.
What we work on
Work and career: whether to stay, change course, or go next
Meaning and purpose: what matters to you now
Identity and transitions: who you are becoming
Inner conflict: the critic, the doubter, the part that won’t let go
Living your values: turning insight into everyday choices
How we work
I believe people are creative, resourceful, and whole. My coaching is IFS-informed and somatic, so we work with all your resources: your mind, your inner world, emotions and body.
How coaching works
Discovery call
Schedule a free 45-minute conversation to clarify your needs, check our fit, and answer your initial questions.
The start of the conversation, not a sales pitch. No strings attached.
Kick-off call
A 90-minute deep dive session to understand deeply what your goals are, how we will work together to achieve them, and identify any quick wins.
Online (CET) or in person in Munich.
Coaching engagement
A series of 60- or 90-minute sessions, bought individually or as a package, depending on your wishes and needs.
Each engagement is unique – some clients come for just 2 sessions, some for 20. No expectations or pressure to continue, and plenty of flexibility to adjust to your schedule + needs.
Online (CET) or in person in Munich.
Pricing
The price per hour is based on a sliding scale to ensure I can serve a wide variety of clients, regardless of their income or current ability to pay. Higher-earning people support others in need of coaching who otherwise could not afford it.
Income is self-reported and based on an honors system.
Individuals currently earning an income: 3.5% of net base monthly salary
(i.e. if earning €4,000 net per month, the cost per hour is €158)
Individuals studying, or otherwise currently without an income: €60 per hour
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes. In career coaching, we focus on supporting you through the search, application, interview process, and, if wished, the first period of employment. The focus will be on removing limiting beliefs and gaining clarity on your goals, enabling you to perform to the best of your abilities, and finding a workplace that appreciates your unique talents and goals.
When asked, and if it’s in service to the client, I will offer my own experience, but I do not offer mentoring, consulting or recruiting.
-
The worst answer: It depends on your preference and needs.
Some clients prefer to approach coaching in a very focused way to resolve a pressing issue. That could mean meeting 1x per week for 4-6 weeks before switching to bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly sessions.
Some clients find that after 1 or 2 sessions, they have “enough” for the time being. However, to build trust and momentum from working together, it’s ideal to work together for 6 months or longer, continuously evaluating if it’s useful to you. -
I work in the Central European Timezone (CET), generally during business hours.
On special request and based on availability, I can accommodate sessions between 18:00 - 20:30.
-
Pre-purchased sessions are valid for 12 months.
-
I have considered many different remuneration models, some of which are more advantageous to the coach and others to the client. In the end, income-based pricing is best aligned to my values and mission to provide high-quality and affordable coaching to anyone who wants to do this challenging work.

The most important aspect of the coaching relationship is the fit. You have many opportunities to check the fit: the initial discovery call and after each session. I will periodically check-in to ask you whether the coaching relationship is useful to you, or if you would like to change anything.
I also engage in regular self-reflection and supervision with a certified supervisory coach and may bring adjustments or questions.

With a trusting coaching relationship, it’s possible to do very deep work with a client without getting into the territory of therapy.
Coaching is to help you thrive in the here and now, with a view toward the future and turning insight into action. Emotions of all kinds are common and very welcome! Sometimes coaching insights touch on very old patterns from childhood and can be part of the process of moving forward.Therapy uncovers and works to heal past traumas and mental illness that are disrupting a person’s ability to function day-to-day. If we touch upon an unknown trauma, or possible undiagnosed mental illness, I will refer you out to a healthcare specialist.
If one is in a stable place, coaching and therapy can go hand-in-hand but deal with different topics.
In case of active suicidal ideation or a clear and immediate risk to oneself or others, I am bound by ethical guidelines to break confidentiality to consult emergency medical or psychological services.

Yes. As an ICF-credentialed coach, I follow the ICF Code of Ethics, which requires confidentiality, with narrow legal and safety exceptions.
