About me

I am a Career & Life Coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I received my formal training in 2022 from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), an organization based in London, UK. The AoEC’s programs are accredited from the industry's foremost professional organizations: the Association for Coaching (AC), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I work with people all over the world and in different life circumstances — career-starters, mid-career professionals, leaders and founders.

I started the journey to become a coach after experiencing the transformative benefits of coaching myself. With a challenging career and the added difficulty of working in a foreign country, coaching has supported me to make major life changes and taught me the mental skills to cope with work-life’s daily challenges, both big and small. From my training as a coach, I realized coaching is a special and rare skill in the workplace that should be available to everyone.

Alongside being a coach, I work as a product manager and volunteer as a supporter for women in difficult circumstances. Previously, I worked in management consulting for 6+ years in innovation, ventures and product management.

Originally from Southern California, I live in Munich, Germany with my partner and several plants who fight for their lives on a daily basis.
